As we talk about leaning and pruning our software in an effort to make it more clean and agile, I can’t help but wonder what kind of things we can do to help our own bodies out. If any of y’all have some fun tips to help me get back in shape (and maybe a little more agile too), I’d really appreciate it. I think everyone knows that eating healthy and exercising are good ways to do this but I guess I’m looking for the magic secret (eg do cardio before weights and don’t eat after 9pm). Please help me on this mission…
