Developing relationships and developing code: Manager and/or developer

Why do great developers get promoted to managers and isn’t this a little perplexing? My friend Omar wrote an awesome post about this here.

Other questions that tickle me…
Why do good girls like bad guys? Not sure, I’ve only met bad girls and they’re fun.
Why do kids ask the best questions? Cuz they keep asking why until they’re satisfied, at which point they go silent for a second and then start playing with a toy or do something completely different.
