Lou came in and said, “Let’s do half treadmill intervals and half rowing intervals”.  He likes to get creative when he’s not up for a painful workout.  Low and behold, we ended up doing 60% treadmill intervals and 60% erg workout.

Workout:
Phase Interval

  • 6 x 2min x 1.5min rest : treadmill intervals
  • 10 x 1 min x 1min rest : erg (rowing) sprints
    • Lou: 1:48 500m split
    • Sargon: 1:38.9 500m split
Phase Weights
  • 4 sets incline bench press . superset = side planks
  • 3 sets tricep extensions. superset = dips
